Cheese Puffs
Cheese Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 2 jars old english sharp cheese, 1 1/2 sticks oleo (soft), 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1 1/2 lb. white loaf bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients, except butter, in mixer until smooth. Cut bread in small rounds with cutter (about 1 1/2-inch diameter). Cover one round with spread, then top with another round of bread.
Cover with spread on top and sides as if icing a cake. Place all "iced" rounds on cookie sheet and freeze.
When frozen, can be transferred to a plastic bag and kept in freezer until ready to bake.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes about 50 to 60.
