Cheese Puffs
Cheese Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) loaf unsliced sandwich bread, trim crust and cut into 1-inch cubes, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 c. margarine and 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt cream cheese, Cheddar and margarine until smooth.
Fold small amount of hot cheese into egg whites.
Fold into remaining cheese mixture.
Spear cube of bread and dip, coating all sides. Place 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze (can freeze 2 months).
Put in bag after frozen.
Uncover.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
