Cheese Puffs
Cheese Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. jack cheese, 1 stick butter, 2 egg whites and french bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut French bread into 1-inch cubes.
In double boiler melt first 3 ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold egg whites into cheese mixture.
Cover cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Dip bread into cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet.
Freeze.
After frozen, store in airtight container.
Bake at 350Β° until lightly browned.
Makes about 6 dozen.
