Cheese Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) loaf white bread (unsliced), 8 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese and 1/4 c. swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove crust from bread and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Combine butter and cheeses over moderate heat.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
Dip cubes into mixture to coat.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze 15 to 20 minutes.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield
2 dozen.
