Cheese Puffs
Cheese Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. american or cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1/8 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Finely grate the cheese.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend together with fingers until smooth. Chill for 1 hour. Take chilled mixture and form into 1/2-inch size balls.
Place on baking sheet and chill for 1/2 hour.
Place baking sheet in a 350Β° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
