Cheese Puff
Cheese Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 35 ritz crackers, coarsely crushed, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In greased 6-cup soufflé dish, combine Ritz crackers, cheese and mushrooms.
In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat together eggs, milk, onion powder, parsley and poultry seasoning.
Pour over mixture in soufflé dish.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
Serve hot.
