Cheese Pudding
Cheese Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 slices cubed bread, remove crusts, 1/4 lb. melted butter, 3/4 lb. grated cheese (mild cheddar), 1/2 tsp. red pepper and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove crusts from 9 slices of bread and soak in 1/4 pound melted butter.
Add 3/4 pound grated cheese.
Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 3 egg yolks and 2 cups of milk. Beat 3 egg whites and mold into mixture.
Pour into buttered baking dish and refrigerate overnight or at least 12 hours.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
