Cheese Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 or 8 good sized potatoes, 6 slices cheese and 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Peel potatoes.
Cut up small. Roll 15 to 20 minutes until done. Drain. Put in baking pan. Lay cheese on top. Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
If need be, add a little milk to make cheese loose.
