Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 1 stick oleo, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, milk and garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Scrub potatoes with brush.
Slice potatoes with skins on into about 1/2-inch slices.
Boil in water about 15 minutes.
Lay boiled slices into a greased 10 x 14-inch baking dish or pan.
Dot potatoes with remaining stick of oleo.
Liberally, sprinkle potatoes with garlic powder.
Add pepper to taste.
Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of milk (measured with same can).
Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove potatoes from oven and spoon Cheez Whiz over top and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes more.
