Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, diced and boiled, 1 lb. bacon, fried, velveeta, about 1 lb., 1 stick of margarine, melted and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry bacon while potatoes are boiling.
Set bacon aside to cool.
Drain potatoes.
Put 1/2 of the potatoes into a casserole dish.
Put 1/2 cheese, salt, and pepper on top.
Make another layer.
Crumble bacon on top.
Pour melted butter over everything. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
