Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, boiled, cooled and diced, 9 oz. grated cheddar cheese (approximately), seasonings to taste, 1 pt. half and half and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Butter bottom and sides of oblong glass baking dish.
Layer potatoes and cheese in dish, starting and ending with potatoes (3 layers potatoes and 2 layers cheese).
Season each layer of potatoes as desired.
Pour half and half evenly over top layer of potatoes; spread sour cream over that.
Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes; uncover for last 15 minutes of baking.
Serves 8 to 10.
