Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 medium potatoes, 1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.), 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, salt to taste and 2 tbsp. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine and saute onions.
Add cheese, soup and sour cream until smooth.
Boil potatoes, not too done. Let cool and cube into small cubes.
Mix with soup mixture.
Put in buttered casserole and top with 2 tablespoons margarine.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
