Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. potatoes, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Parboil potatoes until fork tender.
Peel and shred.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes.
Stir in cheese.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
