Make white sauce.
Add 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz. Simmer 5 minutes. Take your 4 cups cold cooked potatoes (1/4-inch thick or cubes) and place in casserole.
Pour over the white sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
