Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. instant potatoes, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 egg and chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Peel desired amount of medium potatoes.
Put potato in large serving spoon and cut 1/8-inch to edge of spoon.
Do not cut through potato.
Put potatoes in cold water until through slicing. Dry potatoes and put in baking dish.
Pour a little Italian dressing over each potato.
Cook approximately 50 minutes.
