Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1/4 c. butter, 1/3 c. chives or green onions (optional), 2 c. shredded cheese and 1 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook potatoes in skin; cool, peel and shred coarsely.
Combine cheese and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally, until almost melted.
Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
Fold in potatoes.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
