Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 large potatoes, unpared and cooked, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter, 1 can condensed cream of celery soup and 1 pt. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Remove skins from potatoes; slice into bowl. Saute onion in cup melted butter until tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes and 1 cup cheese.
Toss well.
Pour into a greased 13
9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cheese.
Cover.
May be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. Bake oven for 1 hour.
