Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 pt. sour cream, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Beat cream cheese 2 to 3 minutes with mixer until smooth.

Add vanilla, beat in part of sugar.

Add eggs one at a time.

Beat until light and creamy.

Pour into crust and bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

Save 2 teaspoons graham crackers for top.

Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes.

Turn oven to 450°.

Mix sour cream, vanilla and remaining sugar together.

Spread evenly on top. Sprinkle with crumbs, then chill and serve.
