Cheese Pecan Roll
Cheese Pecan Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. minced onion, 2 tbsp. pimento, minced, 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine all ingredients in order named, except pecans.
Form in rolls about 2-inches in diameter.
Roll in chopped pecans and in oiled paper.
Refrigerate.
Keeps well and flavor improves. Slice as needed.
