Cheese Paska
Cheese Paska is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. sweet butter, 3 egg yolks and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Blend together well cream cheese and cottage cheese.
Add softened butter and cream together.
Add sugar gradually and mix until smooth.
Add egg yolks and beat.
Mix well.
Fold in vanilla, raisins and almonds.
Place in cheesecloth and put in mold (clay flowerpot and special mold, if you have one).
Cover well and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
Remove from mold and decorate with cherries.
