Cheese Omelet
Cheese Omelet is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 tbsp. melted butter, 1/8 tsp. salt, few grains cayenne and 1 tbsp. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add 1/2 tablespoon butter, salt, cayenne and cheese to eggs. In top pan of chafing dish, set in water jacket.
Put remaining butter.
Add egg mixture.
Cook, without stirring, until firm. Roll and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Serves 2 to 3.
