Beat eggs, water, onion and pepper.
Melt margarine in small skillet.
Add egg mixture, letting juice out on all sides and cook on medium heat until set on bottom.
Sprinkle with cheese and salt over half of omelet.
With spatula, gently fold other side over cheese; brown and turn over.
If done, slide onto plate.
