Cheese Omelet
Cheese Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/4 c. light cream, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp. baking powder and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs, cream, seasonings and baking powder until well blended.
Place butter in glass pie plate.
Cook on Roast (7) for 1 minute or until melted.
Pour egg mixture into hot butter.
Cook on Medium (5) for 6 to 8 minutes or until center is almost set. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Fold in half and serve.
Serves 2.
