Cheese Meat Roll
Cheese Meat Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 egg, 3/4 c. cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine beef, egg, crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
Mix well and shape into flat rectangle, about 10 x 12 inches, on waxed paper.
Sprinkle cheese over.
Roll as for jelly roll; press ends to seal.
Bake in shallow baking dish at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Drain off excess fat.
Pour remaining sauce over roll; bake an additional 15 minutes.
