Cheese Manicotti
Cheese Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) box manicotti shells, 2 c. (15 oz.) ricotta cheese, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook manicotti to package directions.
Cool in single layer on wax paper.
Combine Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese, spinach, salt and pepper.
Spoon into manicotti shells.
Spread single layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Arrange manicotti shells in pan in single layer.
Cover with remaining sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes, covered, with aluminum foil.
Then remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
