Cheese Manicotti
Cheese Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 oz. fat-free ricotta cheese, 1/4 c. chopped spinach, 3 tbsp. grated parmesan, 1 egg white and pinch of nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine Ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, egg white, nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 cup Mozzarella.
Fill shells with cheese mixture and put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top with spaghetti sauce and remaining 1/2 cup Mozzarella.
Bake until the cheese has melted and is beginning to brown, about 35 minutes.
