Cheese Logs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, dash of garlic salt, 1 c. pecans, chopped fine and 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients, except chili powder, and shape into logs. Roll logs in chili powder to coat.
Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Cut thin slices and serve on crackers.
Will keep in the refrigerator indefinitely.
