Cheese Logs
Cheese Logs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 1 jar old english or cheez whiz, 2 to 4 garlic cloves, chopped fine and minced with fork, 1 c. (8 oz.) chopped pecans (fine) and chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cheese at room temperature.) Add garlic and pecans to cheese mixture.
Divide into logs about size as Ritz crackers. Mix powder, red cayenne pepper and lots of paprika.
Roll logs in this mixture on waxed paper.
Wrap in waxed and chill overnight.
Slice and serve with Ritz crackers.
