Cheese Logs

(Have all cheese at room temperature.) Add garlic and pecans to cheese mixture.
Divide into logs about size as Ritz crackers. Mix chili powder, red cayenne pepper and lots of paprika.
Roll logs in this mixture on waxed paper.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill overnight.
Slice and serve with Ritz crackers.
