Cheese Loaf
Cheese Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs, 1 c. milk, 1/4 c. white vinegar, 3 eggs, beaten and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine first 6 ingredients in top of a double boiler.
Place over boiling water and cook, stirring constantly for 13 to 15 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in Cheddar and American cheese and pimento.
Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with foil.
Grease foil.
Spoon mixture evenly into pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cover with foil for last 15 minutes.
Let stand in pan until cool.
Remove from pan.
Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
