Cheese Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. medium sharp cheese, 1/2 c. thick cream, 1 c. mayonnaise, red pepper to taste and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grate and cream the cheese.
Add cream, mayonnaise and pepper and mix well.
Add chopped pecans.
Mold with hands in any shape desired and refrigerate.
