Cheese Lasagna
Cheese Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large containers small curd cottage cheese, 2 containers (approximately 16 oz.) ricotta cheese, 4 eggs, 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese and parsley (flakes or chopped), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Layer noodles in baking dish. Add cheese mixture (noodles, cheese, noodles, cheese and noodles).
Drizzle melted butter on top and sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove for the last 15 minutes.
