Cheese Grits Casserole
Cheese Grits Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. quick grits, 1/4 lb. oleo, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. garlic cheese, 2 eggs and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook grits according to package directions on package.
Have grits stiff, not soupy.
Melt in oleo and garlic cheese. Beat eggs and add enough milk to make 1 cup.
Add egg and milk mixture to grits and cheese mixture.
Put in well-buttered casserole dish and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle crumbled, cooked bacon, grated cheese and paprika on top.
Bake for 10 minutes.
