Cheese Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. hominy grits, 1/2 stick oleo, 3 eggs and 1/2 lb. new york sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Slowly stir grits into boiling water.
Remove from heat when thickened.
Add oleo, eggs (well beaten), cubed cheese and seasoning salt.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
May be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
