Cheese Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 2 tsp. salt, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. quick grits and 1 1/2 sticks margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook grits and salt according to directions on grits box.
Add other ingredients.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour (until grits are set).
This will fill a 13 x 15-inch casserole dish.
Be sure to season dish with Pam or Crisco or margarine.
Serves 8 to 10.
