Cheese Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/4 c. quick grits, uncooked and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a saucepan, bring water, milk and salt to a boil.

Add grits, reduce heat and cook until done, stirring occasionally. Add butter, cheeses, Worcestershire, garlic powder and cayenne. Stir until the butter and cheeses have melted.

Put in greased 3-quart casserole and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in 350Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Makes 12 side dish servings or 6 main dish servings.
