Cheese Green Beans
Cheese Green Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 slices bacon, 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 3/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon and reserve 1/4 cup drippings.
Crumble bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons.
Cook beans as directed. Add onion to the reserved 1/4 cup bacon drippings in skillet. Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then add drained mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more. Add beans, bacon (except the 2 tablespoons) and pepper to the onion and mushrooms.
Mix lightly.
Spoon into 2-quart serving dish.
Microwave Cheez Whiz. Pour over green bean mixture.
Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons bacon on top.
