Preheat oven to 450Β°. Combine buttermilk baking mix, milk and cheese.
Mix with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms.
Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
Combine melted butter or margarine and garlic powder.
Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
Sprinkle biscuits with a little parsley, if desired.
