Cheese Fudge
Cheese Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 lb. margarine, 4 boxes 10x sugar, 3 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt cheese and butter in microwave on Low heat until completely melted.
Sift cocoa and 1 box sugar together.
Add cheese and margarine to this a little at a time.
Add vanilla.
Add rest of sifted sugar.
Mix good.
Add pecans.
Press into two 9 x 12-inch pans.
Keep in refrigerator and cut into 3/4-inch squares when firm.
