Cheese Filled Shells
Cheese Filled Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box jumbo shells, 24 oz. cottage cheese, 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook jumbo shells according to package; drain.
Cool in a single layer on waxed paper to keep shells from sticking.
Combine cheeses, eggs and spices.
Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Put shells in, open side up.
Cover with rest of sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
