Cheese-Filled Jumbo Shells
Cheese-Filled Jumbo Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells (uncooked), 4 c. (2 lb.) ricotta cheese, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook shells per package directions.
Drain.
Cool in single layer on waxed paper or aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Place filled shells, open side down, in single layer in pan.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Cover with foil; bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Fills about 36 shells.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
