Cheese Enchiladas
Cheese Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 12 old el paso tortillas, 2 tbsp. shortening, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese and 2 (10 oz.) cans old el paso enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry tortillas, one at a time, in hot shortening a few seconds. Drain. Fill each tortilla with the onion and grated cheese; roll. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover with enchilada sauce and top with grated cheese.
Heat at 350Β° until hot and cheese is melted.
