Cheese Enchiladas
Cheese Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with equal amount grated cheddar and jack cheese (about 3/4 c. each), chopped green onions, 1 large can enchilada sauce (20 oz.) and 13 corn tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix cheese and onions (keep out a little cheese to top enchilada with).
Next, heat the enchilada sauce.
Dip the tortillas in sauce to soften.
Fill with cheese-onions and roll up.
Place them, seam side down, in a glass baking pan.
Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
