Cheese Dreams
Cheese Dreams is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 1/2 lb. old english processed cheese or sharp new york cheddar cheese, 1/2 pt. whipping cream and 1 (2 lb.) loaf unsliced white bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter and cheese in pan over low heat.
Simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently; cool.
Whip cream and mix with the cheese mixture.
Trim crust of bread, cut in half, and then cut lengthwise in thirds.
Cut again into squares, measuring about 1 1/2-inches.
Place bread cubes in mixing bowl and pour cheese over the bread. Lightly mix in order to coat the bread with the cheese mixture.
Spread bread cubes on foil lined cookie sheets. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
This also can be frozen and baked at a later date.
Serve warm. Yields 6 dozen.
