Cheese Dip
Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large box velveeta, 1 lb. rudy's sausage (hot) and 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Empty can of Ro-Tel tomatoes into crock-pot.
Cook and drain sausage.
Add to tomatoes.
Cut cheese up and add to mixture. Heat until melted; stir.
Serve with tortilla chips.
