Cheese Dip
Cheese Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. velveeta, 1 small can peeled tomatoes, 1 small pkg. jack cheese, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 summer sausage, sliced and quartered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion and garlic in butter.
Add tomatoes and chilies. Pour into an electric fondue pot.
Add cubed cheeses and milk. Stir continually until cheeses are melted.
Add summer sausage. Serve with tortilla chips.
