Cheese Dip
Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. creamy cheese, 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, 1 tsp. chopped jalapeño pepper, 2 tbsp. juice from tomatoes and 1 tbsp. juice from peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt cheese in double boiler.
Drain can of whole tomatoes and retain juice.
Mix together 2 tablespoons of juice from the tomatoes and 1 tablespoon juice from the peppers.
Add water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
Add 3 chopped tomatoes and finely chopped peppers and liquid mixture to melted cheese.
Mix well.
