Cheese Cupcakes
Cheese Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 12 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, cherry or blueberry pie filling and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put wafers on bottom of 12 cupcake papers.
Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Put mixture (2/3 full) on top of wafers.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
When cool, put pie filling on top.
Refrigerate until serving.
Makes 12.
