Cheese Cup Cakes
Cheese Cup Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 16 vanilla wafers, 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. white sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line muffin pans with cup cake papers.
Place one vanilla wafer cookie in the bottom of each cup cake paper.
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Pour over wafers in cupcake papers.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden and set.
