Cheese Crunchers
Cheese Crunchers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips, 6 tbsp. margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 c. chopped walnuts and 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine over hot (not boiling) water the butterscotch chips and margarine.
Stir in graham crackers and nuts when chips are melted and smooth.
Stir with a fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Reserve 2 cups of mixture for the topping.
Press remaining crumbs into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
Bake for 12 minutes.
